Coaching and Mentoring Services

Alyssa Clark is an experienced ultra runner, most notably completing 95 marathons in 95 days while moving internationally. She has competed and placed highly in some of the most challenging ultras in the world. Her background in endurance sports began as a child, and she has been running and training ever since.

Alyssa is passionate about helping others reach their goals and believes that with the right training, and mental tools, it is possible to achieve the far reaching goals you have.

Unlimited Plan:

  1. A full training plan set up through google docs with daily workouts, space for runner and coaches comments, weekly target mileage/time goals, elevation goals, etc.
  2. Unlimited text and email access to coach, will respond in maximum of 24 hours 
  3. 1hr Initial Phone Consultation to establish goals, training plan and past performance history, with 1hr monthly check in phone calls to discuss any needs and overall trends in running. 
  4. Mentorship for the mental, physical and emotional needs of long distance running. I am there to help talk through pre-race jitters, tackling the mental challenge of ultra running and any other needs you may have. 
  5. Race and gear recommendations suited to your goals and needs based upon personal experience and many miles of endurance training.

Partial Plan

  1. A full training plan set up in two week increments on google docs with daily workouts, space for runner and coaches comments, weekly target mileage/time goals, elevation goals etc. 
  2. Email only contact, aim to respond within 48 hours of initial email
  3. 1hr Initial Phone Consultation to set up training plan, establish goals, and past performance history 
  4. Mentorship for the mental, physical and emotional needs of long distance running. I am there to help talk through pre-race jitters, tackling the mental challenge of ultra running and any other needs you may have. 
  5. Race and gear recommendations suited to your goals and needs based upon personal experience and many miles of endurance training.

Mentoring:

If you’re looking for less on miles and splits, and more on emotional and mental preparation, this option is for any and all questions on mental strategies, race prep, gear recommendations, and goal setting. We can talk all things ultra and running and I will do my best to offer advice and guidance on achieving your ultra running dreams. This does not include a written plan, but you will have unlimited email and text access and a once monthly 1hr phone call check in.
